308: ”The Christmas Clue” with Natalie Bickel!

What's this? A bonus episode on a Sunday? What's going on?

Well, as you can tell from the fact that the only elf present on this episode is Anthony (sorry, y'all!) and the intro to the episode itself, this was originally meant as a bonus, Patreon-exclusive! However, we wanted our good friend Natalie Bickel to be able to spread the word about her amazing children's book, "The Christmas Clue", as far and wide as possible, so we decided to put this on the main feed instead!

Listen as Natalie not only reads an excerpt from "The Christmas Clue", but also talks about her amazing childhood holidays, the family tradition that inspired her book, what motivated her when writing this and her yet-to-be-published novel, and much, much more!

Also discussed - Natalie and Anthony's Top Ten Christmas movies of all time! A list which, for Anthony, is already obsolete! (For his up-to-date list, keep your eyes open for a special Patreon episode featuring all of the elves coming soon!)

So, order your copy of "The Christmas Clue" (available where all books are sold!), settle in with your favorite holiday drink, and enjoy this special bonus episode! And keep your eyes on your main feed tomorrow, because - as usual - our regular weekly episode will be dropping then!

Happy Thanksgiving, Christmas Fanatics! Can you believe it's Turkey day already? We certainly can't! This year is flying by! As such, we present to you this special bonus episode in which Julia, Thom, and Anthony discuss the cult-classic, "Thankskilling"! Listen as the elves break down one of the worst, the cheapest, and most baffling movies they've covered since "Tis the Podcast" began! Is this a case of a film being "so bad it's good"? Or is there nothing redeemable about this story of teenage stereotypes being hunted down by a bad muppet of a Turkey named Turkie? You'll just have to tune in to find out! Because despite the subject matter, this is one hysterical episode you want to make sure not to miss!

So, tonight, after you've eaten more than your fair share of Thanksgiving dinner, put your feet up, unbutton those trousers, and enjoy this fun episode! And, once again, Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
